This restaurant was nice and quiet and had excellent service. The desayuno costeño was very good and the blackberry juice and coffee were excellent. The American breakfast was just okay. The syrup did not taste like maple and the pancakes were mediocre. Definitely go with a traditional breakfast. The price was reasonable for the area.

I enjoyed the great food at kind prices with real coffee. The veggie omelette is really tasty and healthy. It had been a while since my last visit. There is also a book exchange for those looking for printed material.

Hands down one of the best breakfast spots in Banos!! Came here once and didn’t return to the other cafes again. It’s that DELICIOUS! We haven’t tried the lunch items, but I’m sure they are good too. We’ve been stuck in Banos due to the situation in the country right now and this place has been a life saver! Kind staff and owners. Great service. Great cappuccino, huevos pericos, pancakes, and juices. You get a great view of one of the waterfalls from the window too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My husband and sister are also obsessed with this place!!
